We are looking for a full-stack "ninja" to join BetterSea full-time.

We are a team of entrepreneurs, decarbonisation experts and tech enthusiasts who believe in purpose-driven innovation. We are building a maritime carbon exchange as an engine to commercialise maritime decarbonisation.

In just 2.5 years of existence, we have made history in launching the first regulatory carbon exchange index, capturing 10% of the global market, 50% of SOM, getting awards and being featured in top maritime newspapers. The team grew from to 22 this year. Metrics wise, we are revenue-generating, close to breaking even and approaching series A.

Looking fora backend heavy full-stack developer, 5+y experience in python , fastapi, drf, docker, GCP, terraform. frontend react, redux, zustand, tailwindcss (chakra ui, or shadcn - similar libraries)
