• Resume Disclosure: By uploading your resume or creating a profile, you acknowledge that your personal information—including name, contact details, work history, and any other data contained within your documents—is intended to be shared.

• Target Audience: Your information will be shared with recruiters, hiring companies, and individuals seeking to fill positions. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information you share.

• Awareness of Sharing: You must be aware that by making your resume available, you are intentionally placing your personal data into the professional public domain for the purpose of recruitment.

4. Third-Party Reuse of Data

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Because the data is meant to be shared with recruiters or agencies, those entities who obtain your resume may store or reuse that data within their own internal databases.

• The privacy and data retention policies of those third-party agencies may differ from those of Tech Connect Arizona, Inc.

• These third parties may reach out to you directly regarding job employment or contract opportunities. Tech Connect Arizona, Inc. is not responsible for the communication practices or data handling of these external entities.

5. User Autonomy & Account Deletion

You maintain full control over your data and participation. At any time, you may:

• Stop using the service.

• Remove your resume from the Site.

• Delete your account in its entirety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Tech Connect Arizona, Inc. respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketing companies or data brokers. Your data is used exclusively for the purposes of recruitment and job searching through techjobsearch.us.

2. Information Sharing

The primary purpose of this Site is to share your professional information with hiring entities. When you upload a resume, you are consenting to have that information distributed to:

• Recruiters and staffing agencies.

• Hiring managers and companies.

• Individuals seeking to fill contract or full-time roles.

3. Communication Preferences (Email & SMS)

We believe in user-controlled communication. You have the ability to manage how we contact you:

• Opt-In/Opt-Out: You may opt in or opt out of email and SMS notifications at any time through your account settings.

• SMS Terms: If you opt in to receive alert text messages, you may stop these messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us.  OTP and 2FA code messages are seperate from alert messages and if the security feature is added to your account, you will still receive these messages when needed for site log in.

• Email: You may unsubscribe from automated alerts via the link in the footer of our emails or through your dashboard.

4. Data Security & Third Parties

While we take reasonable steps to secure your data on our platform, once a recruiter or agency downloads or views your resume, that data is then subject to the privacy policies of that specific organization. We recommend you review the policies of any agency that contacts you.

5. Managing Your Data

If you wish to remove your information from our active database, you may delete your resume or your entire account through the user dashboard. Once an account is deleted, your data will be removed from our live servers in accordance with our standard data retention schedules.
